"I participated in a GWRRA Ride on April 12th and during the ride my rear tire became damaged. Cycle Barn sent out a truck and trailer to haul my bike back to the store at no cost to me. While waiting for the truck to arrive, I found that I didn't have sufficient funds with me in the event that I would have to purchase a new tire. I was hoping that the tire could be saved by a simple repair. As it turned out, the tire was not repairable and had to be replaced. Jim Dann, whom I believe is the service manager, worked with me and we came up with a resolution to my problem. Needless to say, I was very pleased that he was able to get me back on the road in about 2 hours. The service that I received from Cycle Barn is the type of service that we should get wherever we go but so often go without. This was my first experience with Cycle Barn but will definately not be my last. I would like to extend a sincere thank you to Jim and his outstanding team at Smokey Point Cycle Barn. --- Dan Spurling"

" I have been to your store three times in the last month. Our newest sled is a 1998, but your parts department, and Aaron in particular have gone above and beyond. I am obviously not a high dollar customer. Today, Aaron spent twenty plus minutes trying to and locating the parts I needed for my 1990 Polaris 500. He even shopped for the best price! I do not even shop online, your guys do the research and back it up, at the same prices...I was in a pinch for a new windshield a few weeks back, one of your parts guys dug for at least ten minutes, and found one that would work, and saved my weekend!
