"I participated in a GWRRA Ride on April 12th and during the ride my rear tire became damaged. Cycle Barn sent out a truck and trailer to haul my bike back to the store at no cost to me.
While waiting for the truck to arrive, I found that I didn't have sufficient funds with me in the event that I would have to purchase a new tire. I was hoping that the tire could be saved by a simple repair. As it turned out, the tire was not repairable and had to be replaced.
Jim Dann, whom I believe is the service manager, worked with me and we came up with a resolution to my problem. Needless to say, I was very pleased that he was able to get me back on the road in about 2 hours.
The service that I received from Cycle Barn is the type of service that we should get wherever we go but so often go without. This was my first experience with Cycle Barn but will definately not be my last.
I would like to extend a sincere thank you to Jim and his outstanding team at Smokey Point Cycle Barn.

"The staff is acutely aware of potential buyers entering the store. Every time I visited I was greeted with a smile and an offer of assistance. After several visits at your facility and others I chose to buy a Vulcan 900 Classic. The process of purchase was tolerable and the employees were wonderful.
